"There are babies in here born as young as 26 weeks of gestation, they're a pound and a quarter, and they're in this place regardless of a parent's ability to pay - in order to bring children to their full potential," Christie said. "Seeing some of the folks who are and will be the beneficiaries (of our funding) helps to put faces and names to the things you decide in a conference room in the state capital."
