On Monday, December 1st, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit ruled in favor of pregnancy centers in the federal abortion pill reversal case — a significant victory for free speech and for the women these centers serve.

On December 2, the U.S. Supreme Court heard oral argument in First Choice Women’s Resource Center v. Matt Platkin, a case that will have major implications for the future of pregnancy centers in New Jersey.
NJRTL joined the case as a Friend of the Court along with A Woman’s Concern, Inc., the Pennsylvania Pregnancy Wellness Collaborative, and the National Institutes of Family and Life Advocates.
